Story

Hey! So I said I might type my story from English. Well I forgot I turned it in, and my rough draft is way different then the real thing. But I wrote a few other stories to go a long with it so I thought I would put those on here for you.

When I was around the age of seven, I had a fasination with bugs, and insects. For my birthday I recieved a bug collecting kit. Of all the containers and preservers, my favorite was the butterfly jar. Lots of my summer days were spendt outsdie looking for butterfulys. When I finally caught one, I named her Lucinda. Lucinda was beautiful, to me at least, she wasn't colorful or large, just a small gray butterfly. She slept in her jar, on my nightstand. I'm pretty sure she watched my disco ball night light too. Time passed and one morning when I woke up Lucinda was dead. So that day, Me and my Mom put Lucinda's body on a meat tray and burried her in a small hole under the porch in the yard. Lucinda was a good friend and pet.
My other pet was actually more than one. I have a bad record of losing cats. I can think of three off the top of my head that ran away. One I found at my Grandma's house on the front porch. I named him Frisky, but her ran away during the summer. Anoother one I recieved from my aunt Stephanie as a birthday gift. His name was Patch, and being a tom cat and all, he ran away too. My third cat was also given to me from Stephanie. It was a kitten to one of her cats. This calico kitty was named Sprinkles and ran away while we were on vacation. Since then things have gotten better. I only lost one this year to the car. I enjoyed my time with these cats. More recently we have had two cats that have lived through the whole summer. Skit and Coco, are their names and I love and spoil them every day.
