A Blustery Day

Today was GREAT! Now it is officially the first day of second semester. First hour in science we did some more work on lab that we did Friday. Second hour in algebra we went over our tests and then did some in class work. I am was so happy I got a 94% on my test, which is the highest ever. I also got to see my semester grade which will go on my high school transcript, and it was and A- 91%, which is good for me. Third hour in American history we graded homework, then we were supposed to memorize the 15 battles of revolutionary war in order. Here they are

  • Lexington Concord

  • Fort Ticonderoga

  • Battle of Bunker Hill

  • Long Island

  • Quebec

  • Lake Champlain

  • Trenton

  • Princeton

  • Brandy Wine

  • Saranoga

  • Savannah

  • Charleston

  • Cow Pens

  • York Town

  • Treaty of Paris

I am pretty sure this is right if I'm wrong, then I'll practice some more. I am in my room right now with the computer. I came up here to print some pictures that you will find out about here in a little while. Fourth hour in Facs, which I have now since it is third quarter, we went over kitchen rules and things like that. Our assignment is to take a brown paper bag and fill it with five things that we like. So I put in a paper basketball, and softball, a piece of orange paper(my favorite color), a cross stitched book mark, and I am going to put in a picture of Coco and Me because I love him. Fifth hour in P.E. we played hockey. Sixth hour in English we had a reading workshop day. I got a quite a few pages read in my Princess Diaries book, did you know that Mia has blond hair in the book, and get gets it colored bleach blond, not brown? I thought that was funny how they changed such a big part of the story. Seventh hour in Mom's room, Mom wasn't there, she was at a M.R.I meeting. So I went and made the stuff I needed for facs and made Leona some new stars, for her folder. I gave her some earlier this year, and they ripped so I made her some new ones. After school Mom took Alex to basketball practice, then dropped me off at home then went back to practice to watch. Dad is at work I guess, and I am here all by myself, for a little while. I was outside for about 45 minutes. It was so nice! The wind was blowing and Coco and me were rolling down the hill. I have a video here of me and Coco going down the hill, it will hurt your eyes but you might be able to see how WONDERFUL it was. I took like 60 pictures in black and white. Most of them turned out good, so the hard part will be deciding which ones go on the blog. I am hoping I have time to do most of them. I am going to try anyway. I also need to get the pictures of Dad's birthday on here. I have him blowing out the candles on video and some other good pictures of the Family. Here they are.
