Hey, today has been very good. But 8Th grade is very tiring. Well first thing this morning at 5:30 AM I got up and got ready for basketball practice. We picked up Josie and came into town. Practice was good, and after that we went straight into school. First hour in science we did a lab, and in algebra we graded some work and did some word problems. Third hour in American history we did a test preparation paper. Which I didn't even start, but it is due on Monday. Fourth hour in music we played review games and then has a worksheet that I finished. Fifth hour in P.E. we played cone kickball. And at the end we I got a mini Reese's, snickers, and kit Kat for good sportsmanship. Sixth hour in English we had our literature circles, and we are going to finish our books this weekend. The book I am reading is very good, "Walk Two Moons". It is about a girl who lived in Bybanks Kentucky, but when her Mother leaves unexpectedly her and her father move into the city so they can forget the past. Her father knows a women named Margret, she helps them move in and get settled. She makes a friend, Phoebe. Several months later her and her Grandparents are going to Lewiston, Idaho to try and find her mother. Along the way she tells them of the adventures she encounters with Phoebe and her family. I really like this book,it starts out slow but when you get to the climax, everything is good from there. Then seventh hour I went to Mom's room and I put up some books. After school Alex had basketball camp so Mom stayed in her room and did some work. At 5:15 or some where close to that, we came home. Right now we are watching Indiana Jones 4, It's due tonight and we wanted to see it one last time.
Mom has some chili on the stove and it really sounds good on this windy night. Well I guess I'll be going now. Bye.
PS. In the picture above that is our new couch that we have had for about a week now.

I like your new couch! It looks very luxurious. Sounds like basketball is keeping you very busy. How did your game with Marionville go? Do you have meny games left? The book you were reading about the girl in Kentucky sounds good. Did she find her mother and why she left?
I'm excited about Thanksgiving. That Saturday is when we have our Village of Lights celebration, with a Christmas parade and the turning on of the lights on the square and the holiday homes tour. We'll have to find out if you will be here on Saturday and who wants to go on the tour so I can get tickets.
I'm mostly unpacked at my house, but I don't have nearly enough furniture to fill that house. It has been really pretty there, though, with the trees all orange. After the rain the other night, though, a lot of the leaves are on the ground.
Later. I love you.

HI. The game was not so great we lost by three, they came from behind. But we won against Skyling, lost to Strafford and Catholic. And we play at home on monday against Ash Grove. Then Tuesday against Lamar at Lamar. The book was really good. I don't want to tell you the end though, just in case you want to read it, " Walk Two Moons" it's a really easy book. By easy I mean BIG print and small chapters, like 44 2-8 page chapters. I loved the book. I am excited too but I have basketball practice on that Friday after Thanksgiving, so I don't know how we will do that. But I am excited for that long weekend. Well I got to go Bye.
